Our pricing is based on the number of hours your cleaner works, not the specific tasks. You’ll hire a cleaner for a set amount of time, and they’ll work through your priorities until their time is up. Be sure to specify any tasks that you especially want done.

Weekly Domestic Cleaning:

  • First 6 hours per week: £17.95/hr
  • Additional hours (7+ per week): £14.50/hr
  • This is broken down as:

    • £14.00/hr paid directly to your cleaner at each visit
    • £3.95/hr agency retainer, paid quarterly in advance via direct debit (e.g. £102.70 for 2 hours per week)Please note that the agency retainer secures your ongoing cleaning arrangement and must be paid even if you don’t use the cleaner in any given week.
      Calculations for the direct debit: Agency hourly rate x hours required x 13 weeks in a quarter

Fortnightly domestic Cleaning:

  • £18.95/hr for each visit, including:

    • £14.00/hr paid directly to your cleaner
    • £4.95/hr agency retainer, also paid quarterly in advance (e.g. £64.35 for 2 hours)Please note that the agency retainer secures your ongoing cleaning arrangement and must be paid even if you don’t use the cleaner in any given week.
      Calculations for the direct debit: (Agency hourly rate x hours required x 13 weeks in a quarter) / 2

How to Get Started:

If you’re ready to proceed, simply fill out our Hire a Cleaner Form. Once completed you will be asked to set up your direct debit as explained above.

What Happens Next:

Once you’re signed up, we’ll assign a cleaner who will contact you to arrange a meeting. During this visit, you can go over your cleaning priorities, and your cleaner will confirm a start date with you.

If we don’t have immediate availability at the time you sign up, we’ll gladly place you on our short waiting list and proactively work to source and thoroughly vet a suitable cleaner for you as quickly as possible.

Please be aware that due to high demand, some jobs are taking a little longer to start, but rest assured, we’re doing everything we can to get you up and running as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience during this busy period.

Referral Policy:

We truly appreciate when clients recommend our services to others! However, please be aware that any referrals of services introduced by Dolly Char Ltd must be contracted through us and not directly with the introduced worker. This includes employing, contracting, or using the introduced worker(s) at the same or different location, or under a different name/business name.
