Working as a cleaner for Dolly Char gives you a more flexible option as opposed to being employed. Dolly Char matches your skills and requirements, including working hours, to the perfect client, all you need to do is impress!

Every cleaner who wishes to find work through our agency is fully vetted by us. We insist on two references, although the odd exception is made to this rule. We also ask that the cleaners have their own transport as they are expected to make their own way to and from jobs.

How quickly can I start working?

The Dolly Char process is relatively quick, providing you’re upfront about your references and can provide us with the relevant paperwork. Providing all your background checks are satisfactory, our vetting process usually takes around 2 weeks. From this point we will begin to find clients to match your specialties and put you in contact with one another.

What happens after I’ve submitted my details?

We follow a critical path here at Dolly Char. Once your details have been submitted we will arrange an initial interview, at this stage we will also complete all paperwork including handbooks, and reference checks. The paperwork and checks usually take around 2 weeks. If everything meets our vetting checks you will be added to the system to begin work in around 14 working days.

Will I have to have background checks?

Yes, your local franchisee will conduct a short interview and an identity verification and vetting process. We also ensure we have two references and these will always be checked to ensure the quality of your work and your commitment to Dolly Char.
